Opened – Never Used

• Performance: Like new and fully functional. All accessories are included unless stated otherwise. Battery life is not guaranteed and may have naturally degraded over time.
• Appearance: The item is in excellent condition, with no visible wear. The original packaging may be open or missing, but the product itself is pristine.

Grade A - Refurbished

Grade B - Refurbished

• Performance: The device works as intended, with all key functions operational (e.g., screen, keyboard, touchpad, ports, power button). Battery life is not guaranteed. It comes with a minimum of 50% (if applicable), reported battery life, ensuring at least 1-hour uptime.
• Appearance: Expect moderate signs of use, such as shiny keys, a worn touchpad, or small dents, or scratches. Missing non-essential parts (e.g., SIM or SD card blanking plates).
